EDUCATIONAL CLEANING TRAINING
Our front-line staff members are the face of our company, so it is crucial that they receive proper training. Each team member must know how to clean properly, how to interact in a school environment, and must understand Enviro-Clean's values as well as those of our customer.
Training for those assigned to education buildings include:
Orientation
All Enviro-Clean employees must attend a two hour orientation where they learn about the company's policies, procedures, and most importantly they learn about the commitment Enviro-Clean has to it's customers. The commitment is to: "Exceed the expectations of our valued customers both in the work we do and the way we relate to those we come in contact with".
