Enviro-Clean's Facility Information System provides a complete solution for online reporting and data management-giving you a single source for your facility data.
Using a handheld PDA data input device, the Area Manager will rate the maintenance level of the facility each month, or more frequently if necessary. This can be done alone or in conjunction with your designated representative. The data is immediately downloaded to an internet portal that can be viewed by our management and by you, the customer.
At any time you can view quality surveys (past and present) completed by our management staff. You can have the peace of mind knowing that the level of cleaning and management oversight you are receiving are the same as what was promised and expected.
You can generate requests, concerns and work orders via the internet portal. Communications, concerns, and maintenance requests are immediately emailed to the handheld PDA of the Area Manager and anyone that you wish to view the message. The communication and any responses are permanently stored, and organized by building, for future reference.
This creates a permanant record, organized by building, for all communications between our company and your representatives. Within the internet portal you will have all the reports at your fingertips.
